Can I use the LORAWAN module with NRF52833? if yes, is the LORA gateway also required to send the data to the cloud, or can it be done directly without a gateway? also, suggest some tutorials related to this.

In general you can use any other module together with the nRF52833 as long as the external module has an interface that is supported by the nRF52833, such as for example I2C, SPI, UART, etc.

The nRF52833 does not have any LTE / LORA capabilities - it is made for short-range protocols such as BLE, Zigbee, thread, etc so you will indeed need a gateway if you would like to communicate from the nRF52833 to the cloud.

As a side-note, I would recommend to go through this Nordic Academy course with the nRF Connect SDK fundamentals if you are new to working with the nRF Connect SDK.
