for the NRF9160 I have 256KB for RAM

however, only 128KB are available for my software, since it's defined as nr9160ns

how can I assign the full 256 kB for my software?

Could you give me information about which NCS version you are using ? 
We switch from SPM to TFM in the newer NCS v2.0.0 version.

By default the SPM/TFM only reserve 0x10000 byte (64kB) in the RAM for secure area and this is configurable.
