Cannot set Lyon, France to my profile ;(

I tried to update my profile to be able to open new issues, but unfortunately Lyon, France wasn't proposed. I had only a few (~20) cities from France.

Strange that Lyon does not list as an option. I will mark this for review internally, thanks for letting us know! :)

Could you elaborate what you mean by this? You should be able to open tickets just as usual without accurate location information.
The location information is primarily used to put you in contact with your Regional Sales Manager or Field Application Engineers, in case it is needed, and so any city in proximity to Lyon should also be fine.
