I want to design a general module. Is it feasible to design the schematic diagram in this way?

1.VDDH is powered by external power supply, is that ok?

2.VBUS is powered by external power supply, is that ok?

3.Can 32Mhz crystal oscillator be designed in this way?

The resolution of the pictures is not the best so i am struggle with reading all the values, but

The 32MHz does not need external decupling caps unless some specific value is needed. The nRF 5340 has internal load caps that can be used. "Optional internal capacitors ranging from 7.0 pF to 20.0 pF in 0.5 pF steps, are provided on pins XC1 and XC2."

You can use external load caps if you want. 

2.VBUS is powered by external power supply, is that ok?

VBUS needs to be powered by an external 5 volt supply. " When using the USB peripheral, a 5 V USB supply needs to be provided on the VBUS pin."
