Hello,
the git version in ncs\toolchains\v2.0.0 isgit version 2.26.2.windows.1!
That prevets me from using git credental-manager-core in nRF Connect 2.0.0 console in Visual Studio Code.
The OS version is git for windows version 2.37.0.windows.1 .
How to update the git version in toolchain/v2.0.0 ?
Or how to change the path for git, perhaps in environment.json?

I assume you are using the Toolchain Manager? The toolchain included in Toolchain Manager was previously based on the portable version of Git. https://git-scm.com/download/win
You should be able to run the PortableGit-2.37.0-64-bit.7z.exe and point it to <nRF Connect SDK install folder>\toolchains\v2.0.0. 
This should update to the correct version (from the Toolchain Manager - Command Prompt)
