nRF Connect for Desktop, v3.11.1 fails without internet connection?

Yesterday I want to demonstrate the installed toolchain using the nRF Connect for Desktop.

I got errors and it seems to be required to have internet connection.

Is that intended? Is this always required?

Hello,

Its a bug inside the toolchain manager. We are working on this and will be fixed with coming version until then the toolchain manager will not display local toolchains.

The Toolchain Manager makes it really easy to install the ncs, that's a huge improvement!
