Maximum supported MTU size nrf52810

Hello, 

I saw in the documentation for the softdevice s132 v5.10 (which is for production use now), I saw it supports changeable MTU. I have searched for the maximum supported MTU size in the documentation but found none.

Could you please let me know where I can find the supported max MTU size for the different versions of the softdevices and specially the s132 v5.10 - for nrf52810-?

There is no limit per the spec on how high the ATT MTU value can be, but the maximum length of an attribute value is per spec 512 octets. The Softdevices supports this value.

I tried to change the MAX_ATT_MTU in one of the example codes but the BLE server didn't work at all. Any idea why?

Sorry no, but for new development I recommend to use the nRF Connect SDK, ref:
