Our manufacturer received new nRF51822QFAAH0 parts. Previously, we were supplied nRF51822QFG2 parts.
According to your PCN_092-1.2 Final.pdf document, there has been a change to the DCDC converter.
Our production test jig measures AVdd. The nRF51822QFG2 parts have 1.8V at AVdd. However the new nRF51822QFAAH0 parts appear to have about 1.6V at AVdd.
Has the AVdd voltage changed on the nRF51822QFAAH0? If so, what is the new expected range of AVdd?
