What's the difference between NCS1.9.0 and nrf5 sdk for mesh v5.0.0 in mesh? Has NCS1.9.0 some new apply or character.

Hi, 

Have a look at nRF Connect SDK and nRF5 SDK statement. I would suggest you develop with NCS mesh because the new features will be updated in NCS.
