NCS2.0.0, compile fail when setting CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y in sample project, but NCS1.8.0 is OK

Hi,

   We can successfully compile the NCS2.0.0 sample project, /opt/nordic/ncs/v2.0.0/nrf/samples/bluetooth/peripheral_lbs, by VS Code.

BUT, compile FAIL if adding the CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y in prj.conf

However, doing the same thing in NCS1.8.0.  It is OK by adding the CONFIG_BOOTLOADER_MCUBOOT=y

 

DO we need to do any other setting in NCS2.0.0?  Thanks !

This should not give any errors in v2.0.0. What errors are you getting? Please copy the entire build log and upload it here.

Have you made any changes to the sample or any other SDK files? And what board are you building for?

Yes, you are right.  Using a NEW MAC to try it, and it is OK.  We will clean and re-built the environment for NCS2.0.0.  Thanks !
