How to test Bluetooth rates at -3dBm power with nrf5340?

Hello

 I have managed to get two NRF5340DK linked and measured their throughput. Now I need to change their Output Radio Amplifier Power to -3dBm and test again. I use the  bluetooth/thoughput sample to test the throught then I referenced the hci_pwr_ctrl example and added the function to throughput sample, then many errors happened like this , the set tx power function and throughtput function both not work.....

what should I do?
