nRF52 Thread - Android Comissioning example

I'm preparing the Raspberry Pi Border Router, testing with the nRF52840 DK (PCA10056) board.

While checking the commissioning explanation

Is there an Android (Java or Kotlin) example code for Android Thread external commissioning?

I did find OpenThread's Android openthread_commissioner project

but I was hoping I could see the code of Nordic's "UART Thread Remote" from the YouTube video.

Hi,

From what I were able to find I do not believe we have any Thread commissioning apps that we have developed ourselves. And that the application in the video is only made for the purpose of the demo. 

A colleague of mine pointed me to the documentation about external commissioning which refers to the Thread Commissioning App (developed by Thread group).

For the app in the video, I think this works over BLE/NUS and not Thread. One node runs multiprotocol with Thread and BLE and acts as a gateway that relays messages to the other Thread devices to control the features of the smart house.
