Problem with NCS Toolchain Manager not starting

Hello,

I am running nRF Connect for Desktop v3.11.1 on Windows and just updated the Tool Manager app to v1.1.3. After Toolchain Manager was updated it is not running anymore. This is the error displayed:

I obviously tried restarting the application and restoring default settings as suggested but it did not help. I checked and the .exe file mentioned in the error indeed does not exist.

    I also have the same issue. The EXE is being flagged as malware by Bitdefender and quarantining the file.

    ...\.vscode\extensions\nordic-semiconductor.nrf-connect-2022.7.242-win32-x64\platform\nrfutil\bin\nrfutil-toolchain-manager.exe is malware of type Gen:Variant.Tedy.175730
