Where can I find definition of bt_hci_core: opcode 0x200a status 0x09???

I see this message on my debug output whenever I connect an app to my device. I'm trying to find where the opcodes and status is documented but can't. Can you please point me to where I can decode this message to find out what is going on with the warning?

Hi,

0x200a is the opcode for enabling BLE advertising, and 0x09 is the error code for "Connection Limit Exceeded".
