Hello, I'm looking for electrical parameters in nRF52832_OPS_v0.6.pdf but I didn't find typical impedance values for analog inputs . Also not found any value for RESP and RESN resistors. Are these values available ? Thanks

I do not think the impedance values for the analog input pins is specified, but I suspect the internal impedance is close to zero, as figure 3 indicates. However, if the purpose is to figure out how much impedance the connected circuit can have, that is dependent on the acquisition time. The maximum configurable acquisition time is 40us, which allows for 800kOhm impedance for the connected circuit, i.e. R_source, as specified in the SAADC electrical specification.
