NMP timeout

I am using NRF connect for desktop for programming my actinius sensor (ICARUS IOT BOARD) but whenever I want to upload and reset the board using actinius programmer it gives me an error related to NMP timeout. Is anyone have an idea how to reset the sensor or to deal with this kind of error?

Have not worked with that board before. That app is an external plugin for the nRF connect for Desktop not developed by us. You need to ask the forums of actinius for this.
