how to read the data without connecting the nrf52832?

I try to read and write the data without connecting  nRF52832.is there possible to do? Then is it correct or not? if it's wrong means give me the possible solutions.

Now I am currently working as a cross-platform App developer. I am facing these errors: the Dfu file was not found and the Device is not connected.

Hello, 

Per our understanding,  it cannot operate Bluetooth service without connection.
