Can Zephyr controller be connected to mobile phone as slave?

hi all,

   I learned that the Zephyr controller can connect to more than 64 slave devices and was wondering if it can simultaneously connect as a slave to the phone via ble, so that the phone can connect to a star network of more than 64 slave devices through the Zephyr controller.

Hi, 

The Zephyr controller can support Central and Peripheral roles concurrently. Since it is not developed by Nordic, we don't verify all conditions. Please be aware that to support that amount of connections, you will need to have very long connection intervals to fit all the devices. You could consider Mesh as my colleague suggested. Because there is no QDID for the Zephyr controller in nRF Connect SDK, full certification will be needed to certify a finished product.
