Hello, 

Can raw data be published via MQTT with SLM 1.7?

In later versions we have done this by entering data mode, which we see is not implemented here.

Is there another way to publish raw data?

Yes, the SLM application can be run in data mode as explained in the 1.7 version of the documentation. When using earlier versions than 1.7 you need to specify the datatype parameter when sending the AT#XMQTTPUB command if you want to send raw data.

Ah thanks. Syntax issue with the terminating sequence - must be a separate send in the older version.

Data mode dropped out of the AT#XMQTTPUB documentation  in 1.7 so we thought it wasn't implemented.
