The maximum current of my measuring board should be 8ma, but the maximum value measured by kit II is 24ma, and the average current of 100ua is correct,and the minimum value is also correct,I don't know how to Set Kit II?

Okay, so all/most of these spikes seem pretty similar, which makes me think it is not just the level shifters on the PPK2 struggling. Can you share some more information on what your application is doing exactly, and if you're measuring the current on a development kit or a custom board as well as how you have connected the PPK to your testing board?

I measure the periodic broadcasting of ble Bluetooth. The broadcasting of ble is not so large. The connected Vout and GND pins supply power to my board，I use the current test tool of efm32 to test that the maximum value is normal, as shown ，the following figure, and the maximum value is less than 10mA
