NRF52832 BLE test

We manufacture boards based on an NRF52832 and we have an abnormally high rate of BLE faults during tests at the end of production.
In order to determine if the problem comes from the hardware or the software, can you give me an example (hex file) which would make the NRF52832 visible in BLE?

The most basic example would be the beacon example from the SDK. Attached is a pre-compiled hex that can be flashed to the nRF52832.
