Repetitive error: 4102

hello

i'm use the nRF5_SDK_17.1.0 and nRF52DK.

I am developing using SDK example , "ble_app_hids_keyboard".

There is only one problem I have to ask.

Check out the picture below.

The above symptoms recur periodically.

I've seen in other answers  error: 4102 it's happening on one of the devices that already have the bonding information stored, and the other doesn't.

However, it is the same even if you delete the bonding information and use "nrfutil --eraseall" to delete the program.

Why is this problem happening?

It does not seem that the bonding information of both sides has been deleted.

Did you delete the bonding information on the peer side, for example, a mobile phone?

Yes, it is the same even if I delete my cell phone (Android 12) bonding information.

And the same symptom appears even if you run 'Erase all' in the Programmer of 'nRF Connect for Desktop' and download the program again.

and, when I connect it to my cell phone, the connection is established and this problem does not occur. But when I disconnect the connection again, the same problem occurs again.

Would you please share the result that testing with hid keyboard sample that nothing changed in SDK?

Thanks for Answer,while debugging I don't know what happened, but the problem has been resolved.

After commenting out pm_handler_disconnect_on_sec_failure, the problem went away.

After that, uncommenting did not reproduce the problem.

I'm now investigating why this problem went away.
