The stack and libraries are compliant platform certified, but Zigbee certification consists of two levels, so you must certify the products.. See here: https://developer.nordicsemi.com/nRF_Connect_SDK/doc/2.0.2/nrfxlib/zboss/doc/zboss_certification.html
