Does this mean that the VDD rise time can be long (like seconds) without impact on the state of the HW inside the chip? (I'm concerned about HW in uncontrolled states).
According to the Product Specification for nRF52832 the supply rise time (0 V to 1.7 V) has to be at max. 60ms. So why is there no requirement for nRF9160?
