How do I wake up to nrf52840 with timer?

My device get deep sleep mode. It wakes up from reset button trigger. Because I couldn't gpio pin trigger for wakes up. So I put vibration sensor to reset pin. It wakes up trigger with vibration sensor. I have an idea but ı dont know how to do. Wake up from timer. Is there such a timer?  Is it possible? If it is possible, how to do?

Hi.

From System OFF sleep, the nRF52840 can be woken up by the following sources:

• The DETECT signal, optionally generated by the GPIO peripheral.
• The ANADETECT signal, optionally generated by the LPCOMP module.
• The SENSE signal, optionally generated by the NFC module to wake-on-field.
• Detecting a valid USB voltage on the VBUS pin (V_BUS,DETECT).
• A reset.

If you want the device to wakeup from GPIO peripheral then you can follow the method described in this thread.

As far as I understand there is no wake-up with the timer trigger. Is it true?

Correct, all clocks are disabled in System Off sleep.
