How to flash code to Adafruit nRF52832 Bluefruit LE using VS Code

I have the Adafruit nRF52832 Bluefruit LE module, I need to program it through VS Code. I don't have any other J-Link Connector. Is it possible to program the module through USB Port?

Yes, I believe it should be enough to use the USB cable..

It doesn't show any devices under the " Connected device" section. I can't flash the code to module.
