CH201 long-range ultrasonic ToF sensor

We are developing a custom board using nrf52811 we have CH201 sonsor on board but can't find a way to program it.

have anyone had an experience with it or is there Nrf sdk for such thing?

You can find an overview of supported sensors in zephyr (nRF Connect SDK) here:

My suggestion is to either use one of those supported already, alternatively modify an existing sensor driver to fit with the read and write configuration of the CH201, or alternatively you need to use the i2c api to write your own driver to interface with the CH201:

In all the above cases I recommend a logic analyzer to be able to view the data going between the nRF52 and CH201 for debugging. This will make it much easier to compare with the datasheet of the CH201 when you experience issues with init or interpret data.
