Delta binary file for 1.3.1 to 1.3.0 modem firmware version for the nRF9160

I was curious if there was a delta firmware update file to go from 1.3.1 to 1.3.0 on the nRF9160. Most of our business is in North America and we use a carrier who requires 1.3.1, but we would like to reconfigure some of our devices that are going to Brazil to go back to 1.3.0. This way we have to reprogram less devices overall on deployment. Does such a file exist? If so, where can it be found?

What SIM card/carrier are you using?

Will the devices in Brazil be using the same SIM card as those in North America? Or will they be using different SIMs?

The carrier/modem firmware version combinations listet here are mostly if the devices are connecting to that network as their home network (i.e. not roaming).

Or, is there some other reason for why you want to use two different modem firmware versions?

I do not believe we have a delta binary files for downgrading.

No, they will have different SIMs because of roaming agreements in Brazil. I appreciate the information on the delta binary files.
