free RTOS on nRF52840 with USB and BLE support

My device and Software details are as below

nRF52840 EVK

Softdevice:s140

SDK v16

We are looking to use freeRTOS instead of zephyr on this board.

Finally with freeRTOS we want UART, USB, BLE, SPI to be up on the board instead of zephyr

Can some one let us know how to use freeRTOS(Environment setup and documentations) for this board and any examples for UART USB and BLE with free RTOS

The nRF 5 SDK is based on FreeRTOS.. As mentioned by @nRF5xFanboy, you will get all of the information required in the infocenter page..
