Hello,
to understand the "thingy91 hardware" part,
this I would think refers to the bill of materials and reference design,
which could be used to build a thingy91 type product from scratch.
But could this also refer to the actual Thingy91 product,
which could be white labeled and resold as a new product?
(ex: replacing orange silicon with a hard shell like Thingy53)
We would then be responsible for FCC approval and certification from the carriers.
Is this resell also part of "no limitations" ?
thank-you,
Hi,
if you buy our Thingy, do no changes to the pcb, (you can change the housing) then you can even reuse certifications.
If you take the HW files and produce the pcb's yourself, then you need to do certifications.
Best regards,
Kaja
