The different of part NRF52840-QFAA-F-R and NRF52840-QIAA-R7

I want to the different of part  NRF52840-QFAA-F-R and NRF52840-QIAA-R7. 

Do you have any parts can replace  NRF52840-QFAA-F-R?

All differences between the two can be found in the "Hardware and Layout" chapter of the nRF52840 PS available here. QFAA is the QFN48 package that has 48 pins and is 6x6 mm. The QIAA is the aQFN73 package with 73 ball pads and is 7x7 mm. So size, and pin layout/number is the only real differences between the two parts.
