Custom board programming

Hi,

I have made my own customboard with the nrf52811. For development I have used nrf52840dk. 

I´m trying to program following:

I did solder one PCB by hand. It didn't work so I did try another one, but I'm still getting the same error.

I think it is some hardware issue, but how can I know were it goes wrong? Can someone help me out?

Have you done ay current measurements of the custom board? What is the current measured?
