Extract the code from the SoC

Hey,

I bought a device which uses the N52832 SoC, Im gonna attach a photo of the device. Is it possible to get the code from the device, modify it and then upload it to the device? Do I need a kit for it?

Its a smart key system. (the-keys), its not working, they refunded my purchase and I wanted to tweak a little and play with it.
