Hello, I use ANT_S340_NRF52_7.0.1, but I can't find the corresponding SoftDevice ID, so I use 0xb9, which represents version 6.1.1

Hi,

That explains it. Every SoftDevice release has a unique ID, so you must use the correct one. You can find the SoftDevice ID in the release notes of the SoftDevice. For S340 7.0.1 the ID is 0xCE.
