I would like to adjust BLE transmitting power for power saving. Could you give me an example or guideline for BLE transmitting power adjustment?

Maybe you could add some information about your setup?

Are you working with the nRF Connect or the nRF5 SDK, which version of the SDK, which device etc. 

Also, there are several post about this topic on devzone. If you do a quick search I'm sure you will find some valuable information.

I am using nRF52 SDK v16.0.0.

You can change the TX power in nRF5 SDK v.16.0.0 by calling this function: 

sd_ble_gap_tx_power_set()
