nRF51822AA Keil seting

Hi,

I found several posts on this forum closely related to my problem, but non of this answer my needs. I try to program nRF51822AA with blinky example via Keil uVision. I define my custom board for this purpose. What trouble me: I can not upload program on chip. What I'm obviously wrong is setting for RAM & ROM, because, through J-Flash, I can upload softdevice without problem. I attach some relevant screenshots. Hopefully, someone will help me.
