bluetooth is not getting turned on

i compiled the ble_uart_app project it got downloaded in to the NRF51DK but the bluetooth is not getting turned on ,usually the output of this example is LED has to be turned on for every 2 sec but it is not happenning and i dont understand this issue but if i load the blinky example it works fine, can anyone suggest me how to solve this issue and enable bluetooth

yes i did those things still it is working for that example after that i downloaded button example from the Github it is not showing any response from the kit if i press the button the LED has to be turned on but not happening then again i tested the ble _uart _example it is also not functioning , i downloaded the SDK version 7 using softdevice nrf51822 version 7
