How to debug the TX output power

If the TX power less than the power the code sets, how to adjust the value of C3 and L1 to get a good TX power?

Hello,

If you follow the exact copy of our reference design it is not possible to deviate output power more than 1dB. Looking at this only this portion of schematic design it is difficult to answer. We need to review the layout also. Could you please send us the both schematic and layout design ? One more question- How do you measure the power? A modulated carrier will have less peak power than a unmodulated carrier.
