nRF52833-CJAA-R vs nRF52833-CJAA-B-R

Hi Sir,

We are the first time to use Nordic BT MCU for our product, we have a trouble to select the MCU between nRF52833-CJAA-R vs nRF52833-CJAA-B-R. Sales told us there is no different but we found some different on the spec.

What is the different between these MCU? Which MCU is the recommended?

What is the function for the software/hardware access port protection?

We checked the spec. and found the following information. CJAA-R is not recommended for new design and no software access port protection.

The changes between revision 1 and revision 2 are described here:

For new designs we do recommend revision 2 due to the changes described in the above document.
