Please provide more context and provide some debug information when you ask a question. 

If you have a look at the Softdevice specification, you can find that ECB is restricted when using with the softdevice. You would need to use the softdevice API to access ECB. For example sd_ecb_block_encrypt() or sd_ecb_blocks_encrypt()
