Thingy91 broken power supply?

I have a Thingy:91 board that appears to be broken, no response either on the LED or via USB UART when switching on.

I've earlier done some development with it, and hooked it up to a nRF9160DK board via the SWD interface (P8), and that has been working fine for a period, but now it appears to be dead.

The built in battery (Li-Ion) is ok, but when measuring the voltages on P3/4/5 I find that the 3.3v (P5) is 0v (the other voltages are ok).

I've looked at the schematics, and have checked L14 and R31, they seems ok, but the R31 measures 10R instead of 2R2 as the schematic states (so does e.g. R25 too).

Any hints on what is wrong with my board, or any suggestions of what to do?

However Kazi,

It seems that further testing and verification today shows that the board seems to be operating just fine!!

Unable to grasp what really was the problem yesterday, but now everything seems ok.

Sorry for bothering you at support, maybe a night's rest did wonders either for the board or for the developer

However you can share the way you got 3.3V and the correct value of resistor later like things you missed at first.
