Hi,
I have an nRF9160 device which is going thru PTCRB cert. We are doing TRP/TIS and nRF9160 won't connect to the Anritsu MT8821C. Basically it tries to connect and just drops the call. The strange thing is that this device connected on 2 different occasions to this callbox in the past few weeks, and we did not have this issue. Each time using v1.3.1 firmware I did mention to the cert team that I connected to AT&T before this 3rd run and they think that it's now locked to AT&T.
I found a forum post about the Anritsu, and it wasn't fully resolved.

One suggestion was doing an at+cfun=12 to clear out settings. I will try this tomorrow. Does this clear out the NVM? I found another post that said there will be a feature to clear out the NVM.

Is the at+cfun=12 the new feature to clear the NVM?
Lastly, I did see a blog post about the CMW. Is there a similar one for the Anritsu?
Thanks,
Chris
