Open Terminal not working in Toolchain Manager v1.1.3 for SDK v2.0.0 and later (Mac)

I updated to the latest Toolchain Manager (v1.1.3) and noticed that I am no longer able to select "Open Terminal" to open a terminal window.  This was working fine before I updated Toolchain manager.  I noticed that it works for SDK v1.9.1, but doesn't work for v2.0.0 or v2.1.0-rc1.  I am using a M1 Mac (Monterey v12.5.1).

Is there possibly a bug in the latest Toolchain Manager?

This should be fixed now with the nRF Connect for Desktop released (3.12.1) on mac.
