I AM TRYING TO BUILD PROGRAM USING MCUMGR

Dear Mate,

I am trying to build and flash a program by using (+) Add DFU support to your application - Software - nRF Connect SDK guides - Nordic DevZone (nordicsemi.com) this link . i build the program 2 times succesfully after mcumgr --conntype serial --connstring "/dev/ttyACM0,baud=115200" echo hello this cmnd in my command promt i got NMP Timeout below i attached image also and i avoid that error and i tring to update application by using mcumgr --conntype serial --connstring "/dev/ttyACM0,baud=115200" image upload -e app_update.bin this cmnd i got nothing and it stuck at 0.0 only its not going and am struck here i need your suggestions and i am attaching both error images

And sorry to inform i am using bl653_dvk board and nrf connect sdk 2.0.2 and vs code

1. Ya i tried that sample and didnt print anything in uart

2. I didnt add anything in prj.conf

3. just i build program how it is i didnt add anything 

4. I didn't know how to enable UART please provide example that I can understand

Hi, 

I don't have a bl653_dvk  to test with. So I don't know what could be wrong. 
What I can suggest you is to get hold of a NRF52 Development Kit. It's easier to get started with a Nordic development kit than a 3rd party one. 
After that you can follow our Nordic Developer Academy course to get started:

Please get familiar with the chip, peripheral, UART, GPIO before you move to MCUBoot.
