"Start scan" problem on BLE

Hi!

I want to connect my NRFL2401 to my computer using BLE (v4.0.0) in order to collect data from a sensor. However, the  «Start Scan» button is not functional. When I click on Alt+S, it sends me this message: «No adapter selected or adapter is missing state. Failing. »

Do you have any advice?

Hi

The nRF24L01 doesn't support BLE, it runs the proprietary Enhanced Shockburst protocol instead. 

If you want to connect a sensor over BLE you should use one of our newer devices, like those in the nRF52 or nRF53 family. 

However, the  «Start Scan» button is not functional. When I click on Alt+S, it sends me this message: «No adapter selected or adapter is missing state. Failing. »

Which application are you running?

Do you have a Nordic devkit connected over USB?
If so, which one?

Actually, I tried to connect it to my computer thanks to nRF Connect for Desktop (via Bluetooth Low Energy) because it worked well on my phone with the mobile version. 

I also use an Arduino board plugged into the computer to control everything.

So you got things working then?

I still don't understand what is running over BLE, and what is running through the nRF24L01, but if you don't have any issues then I don't need to understand what is going on
