About the Ticker and Mayfly documentation

Hi there,

I found a ticket that involves the ticker and mayfly documentation, but the link mentioned in the answer was lost.

Is there any relevant documentations about these two modules?

Hi Ethan,

Here is a fixed link to the ticket mentioned there:  RE: NRF52 scan request notification with Zephyr . Please be aware that the ticket and answer are from 2017, and before Nordic moved to nRF Connect SDK and officially started supporting Zephyr/nRF Connect SDK, so the answer there is outdated and no longer relevant.

Unfortunately there is no guide or documentation for these modules in neither our documentation nor the Zephyr documentation. There are, however, some comments in the module files which might be worth checking out:

• ticker.h
• ticker.c
• mayfly.h
• mayfly.c
