Hello,
We use MDBT42Q_512KV2 module which includes nrf52832 IC. I want to know about the max bearable TLP (Transmission Line Pulse) voltage for the IC.

Hello,
The absolute maximum input to the radio is 10dBm (https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/com.nordic.infocenter.nrf52832.ps.v1.1/abs_max_ratings.html?cp=4_2_0_4#abs_max_ratings ). You can set the impedance to calculate the voltage.
Thanks.

Hii,
Thank you for the information. But I want the details about max TLP (Transmission Line Pulse) voltage. Which is 100ns Transient voltage and can be defined by the IC manufacturer at the time of TLP testing of the particular IC.
As per my knowledge Absolute Maximum Ratings voltage of the IC and Max TLP voltage of the IC is difference. The logic behind that is Absolute Max Voltage is DC voltage while, TLP is a 100ns Transient.
Please also help me to clarify my knowledge if I am wrong regarding the TLP.
Thanks.

Hello,
We do not have any TLP characterization that we can share to you. We comply with JEDEC standardization (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human-body_model) for HBM and CDM as per the absolute maximum ratings.
