nRF52 dk kits lost Jlink interface after

Dear all.

I have the nRF52840dk and nrf52833dk kits.

I am having the same problem with this guy. And now my kits lost their Jlink and Com port.

In the answer, I found that I must have to get the latest Segger file and drop into the Interface MCU. But the link was dead.

Can you provide the latest Segger file or where to download it?

The problem was because of pressing the SW5 when powering up the kit. So should this action be forbidden or not?

This action is allowed and has its purpose. It is either used to reset the device or to enter bootloader mode of the Interface MCU. You can read more about Interface MCU for nRF52840 and nRF52833 in the documentation.
