how to get the end product's BQB certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

We developeted a smart device based on nRF52840 chipset(to be more accuracy, we desgined our own module based on this chipset, then our end product use the module). We are going for the BQB certificate for the whole product. However, it seems that nRF52840 chipset(along with the SDK) already have the BQB certificate and the certificate type is "sub-system". Can our end product inherit the BQB certidicate from the nRF52840 chipset? (Or, what is the lowest-cost approach for us to get the BQB certificate)
