NMP Time out while using mcumgr

Hi Nordic,

1. I am planning to do DFU update with UART

2. I Build smp_svr and flashed successfully when am using mcumgr its getting NMP Timeout

3.  I added CONFIG_MCUMGR_SMP_UART=y into the prj.conf

4. mcumgr --conntype serial --connstring "com8" echo hello

5. Its getting NMP timeout I think communication is not working properly from uart to computer

6. I am using bl653_dvk board

7. I  tried to test with the uart example with bl653_dvk its working fine
